How long does it take?
Most parts are ready in 3 to 7 business days after quote approval. Large projects or those requiring 3D design take longer — we always give you a precise timeframe before starting.
What files do you accept?
Standard 3D printing formats: STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP. Don't have a file? Send us photos, a sketch, or even a simple description — we can model the part for you.
I don't have a 3D model, can you create one?
Yes. This is our 3D design service. We work from your photos, drawings, dimensions, or references. Design fees are quoted separately.
What materials do you use?
Mainly PLA (rigid, economical, ideal for decoration and figurines) and PETG (more heat and impact resistant, better suited for functional parts). Tell us what the part will be used for and we'll recommend the right material.
Will the part be perfectly smooth?
No, and that's normal. 3D printing builds the object layer by layer, which leaves fine visible lines on the surface. We can reduce this effect with thinner layers, or sand and finish the part upon request — mention it in your quote request.
What accuracy can I expect?
Generally, dimensions are accurate to about ±0.5 mm. For a part that needs to fit into something else, provide us with exact measurements or the original object if possible.
Can you reproduce a broken part?
Often yes. Send us photos from several angles with dimensions, or bring us the part. The more complete the pieces are, the more accurate the reproduction will be.
Do you print movie, game, or comic book characters?
Not characters protected by copyright or trademarks. However, we can create original designs inspired by a style or theme you like.
What are the maximum sizes?
It depends on the project. Large parts can be printed in sections and then assembled. Describe what you have in mind and we'll tell you what's feasible.
Can I pick up the order?
Yes, in Laval, by appointment. We will contact you as soon as the part is ready to arrange a time.
